Personalized Products
Since personalized products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Ordering the wrong item
- Changing your mind after placing your order
- Entering incorrect personalization details
- Uploading the wrong photo or artwork
- Customer spelling or grammar mistakes
- Low-resolution, blurry, or poor-quality images provided by the customer
- Minor color differences caused by different monitor or mobile device displays
Please double-check all personalization details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Printed with personalization that does not match the photos or information you submitted
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we'll gladly replace your item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Personalized Products
If your order includes a non-personalized item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery if there is an issue.
Eligible non-custom products may be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products begin production shortly after an order is placed, requests to modify or cancel an order must be received within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5β10 business days after your refund has been processed for it to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
